Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

 

REFUND

No Cash Refund - Refund will only be made in the case of manufacture defect only & if approved by MOON. If you simply change your mind that you don't want the product, refund will not be processed. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the refund.

If you feel & doubt that the product inside the carton/packaging is broken or damaged Kindly write your comment/concern on the delivery slip before signing for us to be able to help to refund or exchange your goods. 

Order cancellations by customers or refusal to accept delivery from the courier will incur cancellation & return fees. These fees, known as the 'Return to Sender (RTS) Return Fee,' shipping fees will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer.

Must Report with Picture proof to our email (info@moonfactoryoutlet.com) within 24 hours. Dispute will not be solved or handled through whatsapp or by phone.
