Filter Coffee: Your carafe has been designed so that you may brew coffee directly in it. The top will accommodate any standard filter cone. Just follow the filter manufacturer’s directions
Tea: You can brew tea directly in your carafe. Place the tea bags in the carafe and tie the string to the handle. Do not use a metal tea ball

Glass inner fillers are fragile. If mishandled or dropped the inner filler may break.

It takes 2 – 3 business days to deliver the order within UAE. In the unlikely event of the product not available, Moon Factory Outlet reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
