Terms and conditions:

 

Delivery

It takes 2 – 5 (business days) to deliver your order within UAE. Delivery outside City limits are subjected to additional charges based on the category and size of the products.

 

Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

 

Quality check

In order to ensure top quality customer experience, we do a quality check on orders dispatched at our end. If we find any fault in the product(s) in your order, we reserve the rights to cancel the order partially or fully. On such cases, we shall notify you about the same.

 

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Orders held/delayed

  • Deliveries are subjected to delays if information is incomplete/incorrect.
  • Orders may be placed on hold if the bank raises concern for authentication of the transaction.

 

 

Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:

  • Weight and dimensions of package.
  • The location we are shipping from.
  • The location we are shipping to.

 

Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery payment option is available for selected products only.
  • Cash on delivery provision will be revoked for any user account if such orders are cancelled more than 2 times.

 

REFUND

If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, defective or not functioning as advertised. So basically if it is a return because you have simply changed your mind then the shipping fees will be retained by us and we just refund you amount paid for the item(s).

 

In-Store Policy

No Cash Refund, Store credit applicable for qualified transactions Only. 

Exchange can be made within 3 Days.

 

Late Collection

We will not be responsible for any purchase that has not been collected within 30 days above. We reserve the right to do with these products as we see reasonable and beneficial to the store, wether it will be disposing of the item as it will hold space in-store etc... customer does not have right to claim back if 30 days is exceeded.
