Shipping policy

Delivery Time

Orders placed after 4:00 PM on weekdays will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days across the UAE.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Delivery to remote areas (outside city limits) may incur additional charges starting from AED 60, depending on the category and size of the product.

Shipping Costs

All shipping fees and charges are non-refundable including returns, refund, exchange cases and additional charges apply for new requests.

Multiple Transactions

In the case of multiple transactions, they may appear separately on the cardholder’s bank statement.
