Safe Travels with TSA Locks

Your luggage comes equipped with a globally recognized Travel Sentry® Approved (TSA) lock. This ensures that security authorities worldwide can inspect your bag without damaging it.

How to Set Your Lock

Setting up your lock is quick and simple! Follow these steps to set your 3-digit combination:

1. Ensure the combination is set to 000.
2. Push the slider in the direction of the arrow to confirm.
3. Press the orange-highlighted button. Some locks will stay down, while others need to be held for the next step.
4. While holding the button, enter your preferred 3-digit code.
5. Push the slider again to secure your new combination.

Lock designs may vary slightly, but the steps are the same.

Think of your lock code like a PIN—choose something memorable but hard for others to guess. If you forget your combination, we recommend trying all possible combinations until you unlock it. Unfortunately, we do not have a master key or code to help.

Please note that our warranty does not cover issues with locks caused by incorrect setup, misuse, or forced entry.
